A Scholar, in the fields of Organization Theory, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
My research aims at analyzing how
organizations
and other social actors can bring about higher-order social change.
About me
My name is Leandro Bonfim. I'm a PhD from the Federal University of Paraná (Curitiba, Brazil), and currently I hold a position as a Horizon Postdoctoral Fellow at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University (Montréal, Canada). My broad research area lies in the intersection between Organization Theory, Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
My primary focus is on understanding how the inter-relationships between distinct kind of organizations (public, private, non-profit, social movement organizations) lead to major social changes through collective action, innovation, and technological development.

I am a qualitative oriented scholar, but I am also a trained social network analyst (SNA).
In terms of research methods, I consider myself a social constructivist grounded theorist. However, my background in thematic content analysis, social network analysis, and even in quantitative methods (e.g. PLS) provided me with skills to collaborate in a wide range of projects.
I look forward to being engaged in new scholarly communities in which I can collaborate with in new research endeavors.
